In connection with transactions for which we will be issuing title insurance, Summit Title professionally and efficiently handles settlements and closings for the simplest home-mortgage refinance to the most complex commercial and privately and publicly financed transactions. We provide title insurance and closing services for commercial properties throughout the state of Wyoming, including all 23 counties. We have physical offices in Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, Saratoga, Rawlins and Green River, and are pleased to offer closing services anywhere within the state to accommodate the needs of our clients if they don't reside near one of our office locations. As an alternative to in-person closings, we also offer "mail away" closings for both in-state and out-of-state clients. And for more complex transactions that involve multi-state collateral, we coordinate seamlessly with out-of-state title companies. Our Commercial Division is led by Brian Ohme, Commercial Vice President, to ensure your transactions arc handled with the highest level of skill and expertise. We also have in-house legal counsel-Olen Snider is our on-staff real estate attorney. With over 30 years of experience, Olen is available to determine the best course of action when difficult legal matters arise, saving our clients the burden of hiring outside counsel to resolve title issues. Our staff is consistently involved in continuing education and community outreach to better serve our existing and prospective clients!
